It's Your Day

Yeah. Right.

Who came up with that?

I absolutely agree when it comes to planning - there's a lot more than just your own concerns (unless you elope of course!). However, the day of, I will NOT tolerate people trying to cause me any additional stress - whether that's drama queen friends, or family conflicts, I think that you have the right to enjoy what is, at that point, your day with your husband.

It's so not. If it were my day, it would look COMPLETELY different--instead, I have to invite 25 of my dad's friends, members of my mom's family that I know for a fact I will never talk to again after the day of my wedding... ugh. Weddings.

It so was OUR day; we eloped though. Best wedding ever, it was all about us. It went perfectly and we wonderful memories about how special it was just the two of us. Did I say we got married in Vegas? Best decision ever because you read my blog right, you know my mother in law lives across the street. You can only imagine what planning a wedding would be like with that to contend with.

I think a mom came up with that. Right after she tried to convince you where to have the reception at.
